Report Overview

The 2025-26 Hanmi Pharmaceutical ESG Report is the ninth sustainability report published by Hanmi Pharmaceutical since its first issuance in 2018, making it the first in the domestic pharmaceutical industry. This report was prepared to transparently disclose the goals and achievements related to the creation of economic, social, and environmental value for a global Hanmi to stakeholders. Hanmi Pharmaceutical will strive to be a pharmaceutical company that communicates and develops with stakeholders, including shareholders and customers, through its annual ESG reports.

Report Preparation Standards and Principles

The 2025-26 Hanmi Pharmaceutical ESG Report was prepared in accordance with the GRI (Global Reporting Initiative) Standard 2021 Index[GRI]. Financial performance was prepared according to K-IFRS, and to disclose activity details for key issues suitable for the characteristics of the pharmaceutical industry, SASB (Sustainability Accounting Standards Board)[SASB], as well as global sustainable management initiatives such as UN SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals)[UN SDGs], TCFD (Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures)[TCFD] recommendations were referenced.

Reporting Period and Scope

The 2025-26 Hanmi Pharmaceutical ESG Report covers Hanmi Pharmaceutical's sustainable management performance from January 1 to December 31, 2025. Information that could significantly influence stakeholder decisions includes activities up to April 2026 and additional data from previous years. This report also includes the sustainable management performance of Hanmi Pharmaceutical's headquarters and domestic business sites. For environmental and employee data, it incorporates information from its major consolidated subsidiaries, Hanmi Fine Chemical and Beijing Hanmi Pharmaceutical.
